Once an application has been accepted, the client is informed of the procedures and the Gold Contact hours to discuss the potential matches over the telephone.

An introduction is initiated after the matchmaking process, supplying the client brief details of the partner and a contact telephone number for them to arrange a meeting or initiate further discussions with the parties themselves directly and report back to the agency within 30 days through feedback forms. Once this feedback is received, another introduction can be initiated on an ongoing basis through the post.
